The journey of Chakralytics begins at the base. In the non-dual tradition, the Root Chakra (Muladhara) is the seat of the Earth element: The point where infinite consciousness becomes dense, solid and stable.
To align the Root is to recognize that you are fundamentally supported by the universe. This mastery is not achieved through external control, but in our view through integration of three vital themes of lived experience.
For Mastery of the Root, we suggest looking into three distinct mirrors. Each reflects a different aspect of your "perceived safety" and "embraced stability."
We invite you to embark on an inner journey. Exploring underlying "Veils of Ignorance", Recognizing Root Causes. These may be Stuck emotions, mis-aligned belief systems or samskaras. Whether it manifests as anxiety about a bank account, tension in the feet, or discomfort in a new environment. Aligned with the teachings of the Śiva Sūtras, we might say that Ajñāna or ignorance of one's real nature, which is a kind of shrunken or limited knowledge, is the cause of bondage. A momentary forgetfulness of your true, unlimited nature.
By mapping these three areas together in your 7-Chakra Assessment, Chakralytics' intent is to help identify patterns.
Inviting you to help see that your experience may be a reflection of your inner world. Inspired by the teachings of Kashmir Shaivism, we may say that what we experience is a mirror of our inner world. This is experience is consciousness reflecting on itself.
In this way you may be able to see that you experiencing financial difficulties, correlates with your feelings of "Feeling Unsupported".
Understanding these links may be a first step toward Self-Alignment.
We suggest a unified approach to opening and harmonizing the Root Chakra. We invite you to combine these four ways of practice:
| Practice | Action for the Root Chakra |
|---|---|
| Self-Inquiry | We offer the Chakralytics Tool for this purpose, a way to monitor "Foundational" scores. |
| Sadhana | We offer the for this purpose. Aimed to help release Stuck emotions and Self-Align. |
| Self-Study | We offer the for this purpose. With contemplating texts on the Self. |
| Reflection | Self-Reflection, Peer-to-Peer Reflection, or 1-to-1 Coaching, with the aim to illuminate stuck emotions, Samskaras and Mis-aligned belief systems. And deepen our alignment with Self. |
We suggest that a way to measure your Root Chakra Mastery is to notice the extent to which your "Environment," "Finances," and "Body" no longer feel like sources of anxiety, but expressions of your Sovereignty. You no longer feel as a victim of circumstances; you feel as the grounded center of the dance of life.

A Databration Offering
This online course offers a grounded and experiential approach to Chakra Sadhana, a meditative practice rooted in classical tantric traditions and adapted for modern emotional and energetic healing. Designed as a daily ritual, it supports individuals seeking to release stuck emotions, restore energetic flow, and cultivate inner harmony.
The course is especially relevant for those navigating emotional stagnation, chronic stress, or a sense of inner disconnection. It may help in gently addressing the subtle imbalances that manifest as contraction in the body, emotional overwhelm, or recurring patterns of fear, resentment, and misalignment. Drawing from traditions such as Kashmir Shaivism, Tibetan Buddhism, and contemporary neuroplasticity-based methods, the practice integrates visualization, breath awareness, and mantra.
Participants are guided through a sequence of steps that include arriving in presence, invoking inner wisdom, aligning with divine light, affirming essence nature, and embracing all layers of the self. The course also explores the seven primary chakras as a psychological and energetic map, offering insight into how suppressed emotions and belief systems shape our lived experience.
Rather than offering quick fixes or promises, this course is aimed to provide a stable foundation for daily engagement with the inner world. It focuses on inviting a compassionate relationship with all aspects of the self and encourages a gradual unfolding of openness, clarity, and emotional harmony.
This course is suitable for both beginners and experienced practitioners who value a contemplative, evidence-informed approach to inner work. It complements tools like Chakralytics but stands independently as a complete practice.
